Vendors:
The Financial Management Office of ABA is responsible for the administration of the agency’s budget, purchasing, and accounting functions. This Office adheres to all state purchasing laws, as well as the Department of Finance and Administration Financial Management Guidelines. In addition to its daily accounting functions performed for the agency, the staff also supports the Department of Finance and Administration Division of Minority Business Enterprise program with an ABA Minority Business Officer, and administers the loan program for the Sustainable Building Revolving Loan Fund.
