OFFICE OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT, OUACHITA COUNTY, AR
ARKANSAS BUILDING AUTHORITY on behalf of the DFA – REVENUE DIVISION, OFFICE OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT is soliciting lease proposals for office space in Ouachita County, Camden, AR for approx. 8,100 usable s.f. and a minimum of 35 parking spaces for up to a ten (10) year lease term for existing and up to a fifteen (15) year lease term for new construction. Site criteria and a sample floor plan with specifications will be furnished upon request. The award of contract will be determined in accordance with RFP criteria.
