Current Quarterly Report to the Arkansas Legislative Council

Conveyances of any interest in real property or natural resources which are owned by the State of Arkansas are to be reported to the Arkansas Legislative Council on a quarterly basis by state agencies and agents of the state. This quarterly report reflects those transactions which are subject to ABA’s jurisdiction for leasing, the sale or purchase of properties.
