About Us 

ABA maintains oversight of the following:

  • State agency capital improvements regarding architectural and engineering design, floodplain reviews, and construction bidding through the Design Review and Construction Sections. In addition, a limited review of public school (K-12) new construction projects is performed specifically related to ADA design. Databases regarding current capital improvement projects under construction are maintained by the applicable sections. See Construction Section and Design Review Section
  • ABA is the leasing agent for state agencies and has oversight of property transfers for most state agencies.  ABA maintains a database of state owned property and of leasing transactions that are within the purview of the Real Estate Services Section. See Real Estate Services Section.
  • ABA maintains and operates several state buildings within Pulaski, Sebastian and Craighead Counties.  See Building Operations Section.   
  • ABA is the manager of the Sustainable Building Design Revolving Loan Fund. See RLF.
